In part 2 of the New York's Finest series, Naomi and Damian are in hiding trying to figure out their next move. They know they need to be extra careful not to tip off the Federal government and the notorious mafia drug lords they once worked for, but things never work out the way you plan them.
Unfortunately, they are summons to return to New York. But after they get there they realized that the streets are not the same so they have to play by a whole new set of rules. With little to work with, Naomi, Damian and her father Foxx are forced to strategically map out a plan that would not only guarantee them freedom, but get Reggie back. The only problem with the plan is, no one can be trusted.

I am going to give this book 2.5 stars. To be honest, it took me time to get into this book. I actually put it down and picked it up again till I finally finished it. It started off slow and picked up towards the end. Here we find Naomi and Damain who were on the run together. Unfortunately, they have to make their way back to New York because Reggie has been kidnapped. Along the way, Naomi channels her inner gangster to save Reggie. While Damain battles with himself on whether to walk away or join Naomi on her quest to save her brother. Together they come up with a plan to save Reggie that involves violence and blood shed. It was a decent read and I did order the third part because one does need to find out what will happen to New York's Finest.Product details

Good book. Typical drug dealer with his baby Moma/wife drama. However it does have a twist. The sister is involved as well. Overall a good book will read part two
I must say Foxx & Stone are my favorite charcters in this series. Reggie is so damn hardheaded!!!!! I love that Naomi has Damian has really become a team...Reading the 3 book now. I love the fact that Memphis was mentioned throughtout the book(yay) Good Job KiKi
I gave this book a 2 because it really didn't move fast enough and it centered around one incident the sons kidnapping. This was her best effort and it just seemed as if the book was rushed with no thought to the ending which was boring.
I read this book because I just finished reading pt. 1 and I was into it so I had to get pt. 2 and I was not disappointed. The Foxx' s are one bad family and I did not think they would pull this off!!!! On to pt. 3!!!
This book was nothing like the first. It was written from a two person perspective and a lot of the details were just too over the top. Not to mention, I've never seen KiKi make so many grammatical errors and mispellings. It's definitely not worth the money I paid. I'm still a fan, just not this series.

This book was good from beginning to the end suspense,kidnapping, drug trafficking and gun battles. Betrayal from the ones you love. Keeps you wanting more.
