i love Lara's books. this one was unusual to say the least but entertaining. ewww to find out your mothers a dead necromancer.
I like the idea of the collaborative story, but this one seemed disjointed as you moved from chapter to chapter. Too short. Seems it was more of a tease leading in to previews of the publisher's upcoming books.
I enjoyed all the stories.
I think all the writers did very well with thier short stories. I would recommend it to anyone, espcially, if they enjoy Paranormal Romances.
Each author had a great time with this tell. You could actually feel the thoughts each was driven by. The very excitement gave us some good drama.
This book is really a great fantasy read, a different kind of story line than Lara Adrian's vampire series. But it is a good read. A lot of good writers in this book makes it more interesting to read. It is short but keeps you wanting more.
Four authors write a different chapter of this book and you can tell. It wasn't horrible but it's wasn't great. So an average rating from me.
